If a product is damaged or faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
Cancellation for Non-weather related reasons:
- To ensure availability of all services and products, you may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:
- 10 days prior: no cancellation fee
- 7 days prior: 25% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
- 3 days prior: 75% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
- 1 days prior: 100% of contract total, and your deposit will not be refunded
Days prior refers to the number of days before the start of your rental period.
- Cancellations for weather related reasons are subject to a credit for future use or refund equal to the amount paid for the existing reservation (less deposit).
Upon processing of refund, the payment should reflect on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.
