Will you deliver and set up the equipment?
How long is the rental period?
The rental period is for 1 day. A one day rental is not defined as a 24 hour period. The time period for a one day rental is from business open (8 am) to business close ( 9 pm). Overnight rentals will incur an half day rental charge in addition to the 1 day rental fee.
Is there a delivery Fee?
We do not charge delivery fees for those residing within a 25 miles radius of the Monument Circle in Indianapolis, IN. For all orders outside of the 25 miles radius, there will be a $2.5 per mile delivery fee added to the invoice to cover the labor, time, and vehicles expenses related to travel outside of this radius.
Refunds & Weather Cancellation Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a robust Return and Weather Cancellation Policy.
If a product is damaged or faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
Cancellation for Non-weather related reasons:
- Cancellations for non-weather related reasons within 48 hours of the event start time are non-refundable. No exceptions. A credit will be issued for use at a future date.
Cancellation for weather related reasons:
- Cancellations for weather related reasons are subject to a credit or refund equal to the amount paid for the existing reservation.
If the refund is approved, the payment should reflect on your bank statement within 5-7 business days.
How do I place an order?
Small orders can be placed via our website. Select your date/time, party rental equipment, and answer a few questions during the checkout process. We will follow up 48 - 72 hours prior to your event.
For large orders (2+ inflatables, 50+ chairs, 10+ tables, or 3+ tents), please feel free to contact us for quotes or book directly on our website.
